  Hi I just want to know how to add a public forum to you’re blog because I want a public blog were people can post on it.

  For that you’ll need a plugin like BuddyPress or bbPress.

  Using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.

  Without plugins, the only people who can post on your blog are people you specifically add/invite as authors:
