How to add a sidebar?

  I am using the Dyad theme, but would like to add a sidebar. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  You can add or rearrange widgets to your sidebar or footer areas in your customizer, under Widgets:

  https://wordpress.com/customize/

  Even if you don’t have an active sidebar, you should see it on your Widgets page above. Once you add widgets to it, you’ll see the sidebar on your site.

  With a Dyad theme I think you can only have a sidebar at the bottom.

  I prepare to be corrected though!

  I actually found a theme with which I could have two sidebars: Twenty Fourteen! I’m happy now :)
