How to add a sitemap into Google?

  Hi,

  Good day to all the experts!

  I have tried many ways to add a sitemap into Google according to their instructions but each time it says I am not using the correct format .Can it be done in wordpress?

  Hi ellaella,

  A big thank you for your reply. Many thanks to engtech for showing how it can be done, and to tigredefogo . I have submitted my sitemap using this simple method and hope this time it will work.

  I give up. I followed exactly from the instructions here and I dont know why.It dont work for me.
