How to add a SUBDOMAIN to my own domain???

    Hello All,

    HELP PLEASE! I’m new to wordpress.com, in addition I don’t understand much of codes and htmls. I belive my problem is easy, but it’s hard to me.

    I’m trying to redirect my blog: angystewart.wordpress.com to my own website: http://www.angystewart.com, my site is hosted by 1and1.com.

    I have read the explanation on help support, about subdomain, but could not understand how to do it. I also read all kinds of forum posts, but not the correct answer either. At my site, I can add a subdomain. There is writen: SUBDOMAIN.DOMAIN. ___________________________ .ANGYSTEWART.COM. Sorry, but what should I write IN THE SPACE? Ex: BLOGangystewart.worpress.com , BLOGINCNAMEangystewart.wordpress.com OR something else? I’m lost.

    Any help will be very welcomed!!!

    The change to make your 1and1.com site import your wordpress blog’s content needs to be made at 1and1.com. You will likely get a more accurate answer to your question from their support/forum as few people here will be familiar with how their site works.

    It works like this: Whatevernameyoupick.angystewart.com

    You can’t put angystewart.wordpress.com.angystewart.com

    You can put blog.angystewart.com
    or
    LatestNews.angystewart.com
    or any other one-word thing. It can’t have any punctuation in it to be safe. Just pick a word. Many sites use “News” for their blog.
