How to add a subtitle to my main page

  How can I add or delete a subtitle on my website’s main page? If you go to http://www.patrickcoffin.net, if you look carefully you’ll see the words “good Catholic stuff” to the left of the lighthouse. I don’t want that anymore. To the right of the lighthouse (and there’s much more room), I want to add, “A bacon of light in a world of spam.” How can I do this in the dashboard? Frustrating…..
