How to add ads.txt on WordPress.com site

Hello, I am using the free WordPress.com plan, and I recently got approved for Google AdSense. They asked me to add an ads.txt file to my site, but I don’t have direct access.
Is there any way for me to add this manually or get help from WordPress?
This is the ads.txt entry they gave me:

Hi @hevenadamu, I’ve moved your question to its own topic. You’re welcome to edit ads.txt here if you add the correct managed hosting plan to support it. Our Business and Commerce plans offer and more control over settings like ads.txt (as well as incremental backups, a staging site, outside plugins and themes, etc.)
