How to add an image in text widget that links to web page?

  I would like to add an image in text widget that then links to web page when someone clicks on the image. I have been using <imc srg=”http….> but this only places the image in the text widget. It does not link to a web page when I click on the image. Any thoughts?

  Question about justjennifer’s link: I tried adding the alt and title code (alt=”” title=””) in the text widget, but the title code disappears when I save the changes. Any idea what I am doing wrong? For normal posts (as opposed to text widgets), I have been using ONLY the alt”” code to show the title. Is there a reason why I would need alt=”” AND title=”” for text widgets?
  On a different note, these titles generally only seem to appear when the page is viewed in IE, but do not appear when viewed in Firefox. Is that indeed the case?
