Hi. The instructions to add an editor, author, etc. are here. Please note that there are two different sets of instructions, depending on whether the person already has a WordPress.COM username or not:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/As a reminder: someone can create a WordPress.COM username without a blog. There is an option for that.
The following document explains the difference between Administrator, Editor, Author, and Contributor (very important):

Well, that’s not what I mean but thanks. I already figure this out. Sometimes the wordpress functions can be a real pain in the ass.

You have said:

Are you referring to creating a “nickname” that will display instead of your username? If so then please see here.
You cannot change a WordPress.com account username once it has been set. However, you can change what is seen on your posts and comments by changing the display name (nickname) in your profile, or you can create a new account and transfer your blog(s) to the new account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
If this is not what you mean then will you please expand on what you mean so we can take another run at helping you?

Okay. For an additional author you can create a Category under their name. When you do that they can all their posts tho that Category. Then when visitors click the author’s name they can instantly locate all posts by that author. You can place an author’s widget in your sidebar and/or an author’s grid widget.
