How to add "Archives" link to top of blog post.
-
Hi, my blog uses the Manifest template. Right now, under my blog title, I have only a link to “About”. I want to add a link to “Archives,” and I’m also wondering what other links Manifest will support in that first line. Also, am I right that Manifest does not support and sidebars? Thank you, Laura Cooper, norealplot
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The top menu automatically displays links to all your published static pages (the ones you create in Pages > Add New or edit in Pages > All Pages). It can also display all kinds of links if you create a custom menu; see this post of mine for details:

And yes, Manifest doesn’t have a sidebar. -
Thank you so much for being willing to help. I’m new at this, and I’m just having trouble. I want a menu option that will take a reader straight to a list of old posts, like the “archive” widget available for the footer (and only the footer, since I’m in manifest). I can get “archives” to show up in the menu, but how do I find the link that would bring a reader to the full list, as in the widget? Aargh!

I just found an easy path, thanks to you. When you create a new page, there’s a “Page Attribute” box to the right of the screen. Drop down from that and there’s an “Archives” option already loaded. Working great so far.
