How to add author name and date in a pages?

I created a free page with a subdomain like this. But I can not figure out how to add author names and publication dates on a page. How can I display the author name and publication date on a page just like on an post

Can you link me to a page that you have published? I can have a look at it and suggest further.

The author name and date aren’t features available on static pages, so you’d need to add those manually in your page content.
