How to add badges

I’m new to blogging and I don’t know how to add badges and how you can put them next to each other. Can somebody please help me, I’m looking for a solution for a long time now :(

The width of your sidebar is what you need to consider because the images have to be small enough to sit side by side and there has to be some padding.
