How to add blog after joining.

When the WordPress account was established the “no blog” option was selected. How does one add a blog after establishing an account without one?

Go to the main wordpress page while logged in, http://wordpress.com/ , and then in the upper left where it says Welcome back, cornews, click the “Register a new blog” link at the bottom of that blue section and you are on your way.
