How to add blog to index page

    Hey guys i have a question that might be simple but have found no luck…..Ok i have a site im working on…retrogamingzone.com….ok and i have a blog ive made for it….retrogamingzone.com/blog..and my question is this how can i add the actual blog to the retrogamingzone.com main page?..i just want the actual blog of me typing in whats going on and letting ppl commenting on them on another page… i know that it works its like this on a site called http://cinemassacre.com/ and its on their main page also….how can i do this with the blog i have??
