How to add Caption to featured image with link

    Hi there! I am trying to add a caption to my featured image, along with a link. I want to put the image source in a caption on the image but can’t seem to figure out how to do that. I tried using the Featured Image plugin and FSM Custom Feature Image plugin and neither would work. We use the 2017 theme on our site.
