How to add Categories to Livro template menu

    I have been following the instructions on the website, going to Editor, choosing the template I’m using for my blog, and going to Navigation to add more categories to the menu. Problem is, there’s no add button, no + sign anywhere, where I can do this. Does this mean it’s not possible on the Livro template and I have to change it, or am I simply missing something?

    At appearance > Editor, if you go into the editor, and click twice on the menu item, and then click to toggle the right sidebar, you can click the three dots icon on the top level menu item you wish to add submenu items on, and there is a link there to add a submenu item, as long as the top menu item is a “page” menu item and not a “page list” menu item. Currently the menu top level item on your site is a page list menu item.
