How to add category page that is not on primary nav?

  I’d like to add a category page that will be nested under a primary navigation page. This is one of the primary navigation pages on my site (http://uberscribbler.com/otherstuff/) and on that page I link to other pages. The first link (built in to an image) takes you to this page (http://uberscribbler.com/otherstuff/my-ordinary-life-with-an-extraordinary-girl/) and I would like this page to show all posts with a particular category tag. I can’t figure out how to do this. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
