    When you write a new page, there is an option below the editor for Page Parent. Just set that and Save or Publish.

    To excludes pages from the Pages widget, you need to first get the ID of the pages. You can do this by going to Manage->Pages and hovering over the title of the page. The status bar will show you the URL and you can write down the number at the end. Once you have the ID numbers, go to Design->Widgets and edit your Pages widget. For the setting “Exclude: ” enter the IDs separated by commas, click the Change button and then Save Changes.

    If the pages are already set up, how do you make a page a parent and others child pages

    Same. Manage > Pages . Click to edit page. Set Parent. Save. Do this for all pages you want to be a child page of a parent page.
