How to add contact form

  How do I add a contact form to by blog? I hope “contact form” is the correct description. What I mean is, a box where someone can send me a message that will be sent to me by e-mail. Is it a widget? If so, do I need to change design template? I am currently using the Garland theme.

  You can use this short cut [ contact-form ] with out the spaces
  make sure to turn comments off or it will confuse your readers
