How to add CONTACT Me Form with Captcha?

    I tried to add Contact Me form on a PAGE but it showed up with own name and email address in the form, and no captcha. I used the icon near media on the top. How do I create the form without my name and address , and have captcha there too? Thanks! Paula

    No Capatcha here – Akismet filters the contact form

    WordPress.COM remembers who you are – fills in some of the info for you – don’t like seeing your name? Just log out – if I visit your contact form and I am logged in I will see my info in the form
