How to add content in Pages of the meny bar?

    Hi!

I created a blog at wordpress.com, and I am still trying to figure things out. I created different “Pages” instead of making categories. I thought it would be easier to put posts there under a common subject (e.g a “page” named “travel Journal”).

When I write something at the Page a created (through the dashboard) and then I press on the Menu bar of my blog, the notes that I typed in do not appear. Also any subpages do not appear, when I press “travel journal” on the menu bar.

When I choose to have the page template as “archives” and I press on the page name (Travel Journal) it just shows me the different posts I made in my “categories” rather than what I wrote in the page. I don’t know if this makes any sense!

I have the chaoticsoul theme, but I dont think that this is the problem.. rather than that I do not know how to create pages with subpages on the menu!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi!

Thank you for the link. I read it, but I am still having some trouble. Is there a way to have my “categories” on the menu bar, instead of pages? and have my “sub categories” as a dropdown? E.g when someone places the mouse on a category–> dropdown of sub-categories?

    Thank you!
