How to add custom header?

I tried to change my custom header. I uploaded the image after cropping it and received the message saying
“Header complete!
Visit your site and you should see the new header now.”
But, when I try to see, I can not see. I tried three browsers, Firefox, chrome n explorer but I can not see the image anywhere. What can be the problem? can u please help me?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On the custom header upload page, note the exact size listed for the header image, and crop and resize the image to the exact dimensions in pixels before uploading it. The image crop feature has been really flakey for the last several months.

Thesacredpath, thank u very much for your help. ur suggestion really worked. The image size required there is 770×140. I adjusted the image first in my computer and then uploaded it. Now, it’s working.
If anyone has prob in uploading, my suggestion is also first resize ur image as per requirement in ur computer and then upload it, it should work.
