Hi there. We can’t use JavaScript on WordPress.com. If you try to add anything within a script tag it will be removed automatically. There is no upgrade that changes this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

The fact that you’ve already created the scripts doesn’t change anything. You can’t use them here. It is not possible.

That is not allowed on WordPress.com. We are not allowed to add ANY advertising to our sites, and doing so will get your site suspended. http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/You might want to look at getting a self-hosted site using WordPress.org instead. There you won’t have those restrictions.

You can’t do that on WordPress.com. You’ll need a self-hosted site to do any of that.
You can see here for instructions to move any content you’ve already created to a self-hosted site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/

You can find a list of web hosts who support WordPress.org on the WordPress.org website: http://wordpress.org/hosting/
For other options you’ll have to search on Google.
