How to add custom template?

I found an amazing themplate @ http://www.onehertz.com/portfolio/wordpress/mandigo/. I’m very new to WordPress and CSS. Can anyone give me some tips on the easiest way to load this to my site?? Thanks!

Unfortunately we can’t upload themes to WordPress.com blogs; that’s something you can only do if you self-host a WordPress.org blog as our software is different. You can try to adapt it to a theme like sandbox using the CSS upgrade but it won’t be exactly the same, and if you don’t have much experience with CSS it’s generally not recommended as there’s a stiff learning curve and no staff support.

Ok, so I’ve downloaded WordPress.org. I also own my own domain. How in the heck do I set it up so that I can use this great template that I’ve found. I’m lost! haha. I appreciate any help you can give. Thanks!

i think you have a self-hosted blog, in which case you have to go to http://wordpress.org/support to place your query. this is the forum for bloggers hosted by wp.com.
