how to add custom widget to sidebar?

  hi. my blog is http://aviewfromthepavillion.wordpress.com and I would like to add this widget: http://www.ecb.co.uk/stats/live-scores-widget/ to my sidebar. Where do I put the generated html?

  That is a scripted widget. Scripted widgets are not allowed on wordpress.com.
