How to add downloaded theme to blog??

  I’m trying to figure out how to add a new theme to my WordPress blog. I’ve already downloaded it and need to know how to activate it to my blog!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot add downloaded themes to WordPress.com blogs. Themes for a WordPress.com blog can be activated only from Dashboard > Appearance > Themes screen.

  The downloaded themes are intended for self-hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  In case you are unaware, please check the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  Let us understand it with example, do you have access to cpanel? no? because it is not a self hosted blog. you will directly access your blog like this. diamondanddaydreams.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  Am i right?, now tell me have you seen any options like, theme upload or something? . Yes you can do one thing, use the theme available for you in appearance -> themes.
