  I want to add drop-down FAQ for my description.Is there any plugin available?

  If the site you are referring to is crackzsoft.com, that site is hosted by Cloudflare, not WordPress.com, so the forums that would be applicable for development questions for your site would be the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are quite different – the dotcom version offers hosting plans, whereas the dotorg version refers to the WordPress software that can be installed on any self hosted site. Here’s a link explaining the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you are referring to a WordPress.com site, you can only add plugins if you are using the Business Plan. If this is the case for you, then some potentially useful plugins can be found on this page: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/search/collapse+text/ – such as Collapse-O-Matic and Show-Hide / Collapse-Expand.
