How to Add email form from mailchimp to wordpress

I am trying to add a email sign up box on my site. But not sure how to do it correctly. Can you please help?

You can also use the Blog Subscription Shortcode https://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/
You cannot use the MailChimp embed code or the Aweber embed code and cannot create a pop-up on a wordpress.COM hosted blog.
You can create a sign up page on MailChimp or on Aweber only and link to it.

You can’t use the MailChimp form code on a WordPress.com site, due to code restrictions for security reasons.
What you can do is what’s said on the link @timethief posted, where it says “If You Have a WordPress.com Site”. You can add the link to the MailChimp form using a Text Widget, as follows:
