  You can add a Facebook like box on your blog if you have a Facebook fan page (not profile). See this http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-like-box
  If you don’t have an FB fan page then you can add a profile badge. https://www.facebook.com/badges/profile.php
