  Hi…anyone please guide me, how to add facebook widgets or how can i enable the facebook in the sidebar?..Iam currently using contempt theme

  I’m having the same problem. I’m pasting in the code from facebook and it’s not working. I’m using wordpress.com and using a text widget.

  We cannot use Javacript widgets on wordpress.com free hosted blogs. The software strips the code out to manitain security as this is a multi-user blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  There is a Facebook badge that’s for use on wordpress.com blogs. It does not contain any restricted code that wordpress.com software will strip out. You will find it here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/
