How to add filter by author as a woocommerce sidebar filter

    Hi. I’d like to add an author filter in the woocommerce sidebar on my website. Is there a plugin that lets me add an author filter widget or a custom filter widget?
    The woobewoo plugin doesn’t work and I need a free one as I haven’t started selling anything yet. I don’t know anything about css and php so I wouldn’t change the website files directly by scripting as I’d very likely make a mess.
