How to add follow form in a page?

    I would like to create a page that shows the various ways to follow my blog, such as Twitter, RSS, and WordPress subscription. I don’t however see any way to include the WordPress follow “widget” directly in a page, or someway to link to a follow form of some kind.

    How can I embed a form/widget into a page that would let somebody follow me on WordPress (as a wordpress user or via email)?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    You can use the Blog Subscription Shortcode to add a subscription form to a regular page. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
