how to add "follow this blog" to each post

  I want to add a “follow my blog” button to the bottom of each post, but I can not find the link to save my life!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s only possible to add a Follow Blog Widget to your sidebar. You can follow the steps in this guide on how to add this widget.
