How to add followers

    I have recently taken over as Admin on our Blog and I notice there are names missing that I would like to add. How do I do that? If I go to ‘My Site’ and scroll down to ‘People’ ‘Add’, it says I can only add up to 10 people so I assume they mean to my ‘team’. If WordPress is taking the names from our contact list, it seems to be hit and miss. Anyone with some advice would be greatly appreciated.
