Well http://www.weyouth.weordpress.com its my blog I work in it from last four months now I want to show ads in my blog and earn money but how? I don’t know anything about web design also is we have this facilities. So please guys guide me in thing matter step by step please.

You can post ads if your hosting your blog; if you wanted to know more of this goto http://www.wordpress.org not .com hope that helps.

A wp.com blog can not have user initiated ads. Supposedly there’s a paid upgrade that will allow bloggers to run their own ads, but there is no date that I know of for this to happen.

If you want to run ads, you either need to move to hosting your own blog (see http://wordpress.org/support/) or find a free host that does allow you to run ads.

weyouth: you cannot put ads in your wordpress.com blogs. if you do, your blog will be suspended. if you saw ads in other wordpress blogs, it could be because it’s under the vip program, or because they have their blog hosted elsewhere. your wordpress.com blog is hosted by wordpress.com.

You can have one discreet text link. But as katm said, a paid upgrade that will allow bloggers to run their own ads soon in the future. But here’s the FAQ on ads:
