How to add google analytics tag without any plugin?

  I wanted to add the custom html for the Google analytics tag in the head and the body without any plugin. But I could do that, and even if I do, it is showing on the web page, I don’t want it visible to viewers, just search engines.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
