How to add google analytics to Scetch theme?

I want to add google analytics to my blog: https://rushnykfromukraineukr.wordpress.com/
I have tried many advices from wordpress forum and Internet, but nothing helps.
Actually, I cann’t find a footer file. And I don’t have “editor” in “appearance” menu.
I hope you recommend me another way.
