how to add Google verification code to ‘home’ page

Hi, I’m using the Ulysses Ronquillo theme for my blog at http://www.lickthebowl.com.au. I wanted to submit it to Google but Google’s instructions say to:
Copy the meta tag listed below and paste it in your site’s home page in the first <head> section of the page, before the first <body> section.
Now I can’t seem to find which is my ‘home’ page. I thought perhaps I’d renamed my ‘home’ page to be About Me or whatever but the <head> and <body> code is not in there. I know it’s more likely that it has to do with the header of my blog theme but I really don’t know where I’m supposed to be adding this meta tag in order for Google to verify me.
