How to add hit counter on my website?

  I have a wordpress 3.3.1 website: http://www.TopStickTour.com we use widgets for displaying content.

  I would like to know how I can add a hit counter to my homepage or sidebar to keep track of how many times my website is visited. I paid somebody to create the site for me, I simply run it and update it, so Im not super savy. our site is for fisherman, Im a fisherman and a fisher of men.

  I appreciate any help that you can offer.
