How to add 'home' page to click for home

  When I set up my blog recently I added a number of pages such as About, etc. Unfortunately I have somehow deleted the one that said ‘home’. This means that users can now click to look on the different pages but there isn’t one they can click on to get back to ‘home’. I have tried adding a new page titled ‘home’ but that just leads to an empty page, not the original home page. I’m new to blogging (clearly!) so if anyone can help I would really appreciate it. THANK YOU!

  Hi. It looks like your blog is private, so we cannot see the problem in context.

  Have you thought of using a custom menu for the same purpose:

  I have re-set the privacy so should be visible now. I have custom menus, I just find that section pretty confusing and don’t really know how to use it. I’ll check out the support pages again but I did try adding another home page but it was empty when you clicked on it, I’m not sure how to add one that incorporates what is already my home page. I am also having problems uploading posts to pages other than my home page. I was under the impression that as well as automatically appearing on my home page I could also make them appear under one of the relevant pages too. I have followed the instructions for ‘category pages’ but this doesn’t seem to do anything! Any help most appreciated, thank you.

  Finally found it, for anyone else reading this having the same problem with the loss of their homepage link, go to Appearance, Theme Options, then click the home link page. Simple when you know how!
  I’m still stuck on uploading posts to other pages in my menu so if anyone can help that would be great.

  In Bueno and a few other themes the Home tab is optional – see here:

  In these themes you activate or deactivate the Home tab in Appearance > Theme Options. For the rest you need a custom menu – see here:
