How to add Home tab to Ocean Mist theme

  I am using the Ocean Mist theme by Ed Merritt. It has a navigation bar with tabs for pages across the top. It came with an About tab when I initially applied it. I would like to add a Home tab that takes you back to the front page. I know how to add pages and rearrange pages, but I can’t seem to figure out how to add a Home tab, which I assume is nothing more than a place holder pointing back to the front page of the blog. Does anyone have advice on how to add a Home tab?

  Create a page and give it this title:
  <a href="YOUR BLOG URL HERE">Home Page</a>

  For some unfathomable reason the title you give this page must include a space, so if you prefer to use just one word, such as ‘Home’, then make sure you put a space after the word, before the closing code.
