  How to add hover state to a Oxygen’s custom menu (showed in left-column of my website)?

  Hi,
  The custom menu widget doesn’t have a display as dropdown option as some widgets do, if that’s what you mean, regardless of the theme it is used in. It can’t be customized to allow display as dropdown.
