How to add hyper links to social media icons on templated pages?

  Hi, I am super new to this site and do not know any coding! I am using a template and on one page, it has 4 social media icons. How do I add my social media links to each one? There doesn’t seem to be an “edit” page on these icons

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
