How to add image to image widget

I want to add an image to the image widget but there’s no option to upload something. It just says image URL, how do I do this?
Im using the Canape Theme

You’ll first need to upload the image to your media library, then grab its URL from there and place it in the image widget. Here’s a guide – let me know if you get stuck at any point:
