How to add inpage navigation tabs to wordpress page

I have a page with multiple headings, and I want to add navigation tabs at the top of the page so the user can jump to to relevant parts of the page. Is there a plugin that can achieve this?
Amazon has something like this (https://imgur.com/eXD7VcJ) where a user can click on the tabs and it jumps to relevant content. Let me know if this is achievable in wordpress through a plugin!

I don’t have a specific recommendation for implementing that kind of feature, I’m sure that the one Amazon uses is custom-coded and would not reply on a WordPress plugin. However a good place to start looking for something similar would be by comparing the various “Table of Contents” plugins that are available: https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=table+of+contents
These will help you with providing in-page navigation to various sections.
