How to add just a comments page in WP

    How to add just a comments page only. I don’t want comments after a blog or post. A stand alone page just for comments. Some of the plug ins I read about like wpDiscuz only comments after a blog or post. Not sure if there’s a plug in that does what I’m asking for or some simple short code. I’m using Elementor Pro & my kit is Digital Marketing Studio.
