How to add keywords to blog?

  I have heard that adding good keywords (or meta tags) to blog/ posts can help in increasing the traffic from Google. How do I do that?

  We cannot access metadata on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and insert any keywords. However, Matt Cutts of Google clarifies the fact that these days search engines pay more attention to your keywords in your content than they do to your keywords in Tags/Categories.
