HOW to add link from browser bar

I used to have a nifty little button that I could click when I found another blog that I wanted to link to…
It would open a new window and I could designate what to call the link and where to put it(always blog roll)
I have gone through the support area and read all the FAQ’s but cannot find what I am asking for …..
Help?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On your gray nav bar you will see the option “add to blog roll” located under “Blog Info” section Here is a Screen Shot Reference
