how to add link to text widget

  I want to link a page to certain words within my “text widget” on my sidebar. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, and the easiest way is to do it in the visual post editor like you would a link for a post, switch to the HTML tab, copy out the code and then paste it into the text widget.
