How to add list of blogs to Blog Roll side bar widget

I am new to WordPress and blogs. I have the Blog roll title on my side bar but I can’t see where you enter in the links of blogs I follow to make a list! Where is this done? The box that is there in the Widgets when I added the Blog Roll widget doesn’t have a “Add blog name or link” or whatever. How do I make a list of blogs I follow on my WordPress blog? It’s probably going to be real obvious but I am lost!

You create a Blogroll in your dashboard Links section. http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/ You display it in a Links widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/
