how to add Login In gray bar

  I downloaded the wordpress software and no where is there a place to sign in? My other blog has a gray bar with login on top of the blog. How can I make this show up?

  Hi, Susan. You can help for self-hosted blogs at http://wordpress.org/support

  Till someone there can help you, try going your blog (front page) and if there’s a Meta widget in the sidebar, there should be a log in option.
